Our Philosophy and Business Model
Delta Connect adopts an executive search firm business model which means that we are extremely functional focused. Our founding members and consultants, who in their careers have previously experienced a business model emphasizing 360 degree consultants, share the belief that a functional focused business model could provide a stronger and more efficient delivery to both clients and candidates. In a 360 degree consultant business model, firms that lack the resources in their talent pools can find that they struggle in providing an efficient delivery and struggle to locate candidate profiles that match their client's expectations. Many rely on job postings as the main source in hopes of getting the right profiles and this is how they operate the candidate mining process. In contrast, while we do use job portals for job postings to attract candidates for certain mandates, it is not the main process and we know this should not be the main source for candidates. We keep the usage of job portals as minimal as possible. Rather than waiting around for applications, we are constantly making connections and reaching out to potential candidates. . Our approach is proactive.
